How long it takes to handmade an icington?
For animals, it will take about 2 working days but for humans which involves more details, it will take more time, usually 5 working days. To be safe, from discussion to a finished item, you should allow 3 weeks time. If your order is not custom made, less time will be required. ( 12 working days)
Is it all handmade or out sourcing?
ICINGTONS emphasized in craftsmanship and we are very passionate about handcrafting. We ONLY make toppers by hands, without any mould.
Hence, the time to create individual topper from scratch to finish takes longer as we would like to perfect each detail^^.
How can we keep the toppers?
Keep the topper in dry areas and put it in an air-tight jar if you are not going to use it in a period of time.
Do not place the topper in the fridge or under humid condition.
